His experience spans feed manufacturing, food production, extrusion processes, metal fabrication, industrial operations, and advanced manufacturing environments.

As a Production Engineer and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Joao has successfully led large-scale operational improvement initiatives that have delivered measurable results in safety, quality, productivity, reliability, and cost reduction.
